| The missing Miss Sonia Osayande |
The family of Late Pius Osayande has recently declared their daughter, Miss Sonia Osahenoma Osayande missing.
She was last seen on her way to her place of work at about 8am on the 13th of December, 2023
Her place of work is at Second youth layout Off iguomo Road, off Benin Agbor road Benin city Edo state, where she work as a Baba Ijebu attendant, at Goshen Garden Estate, Amufi Benin city
The young Sonia did her secondary school education at Asoro Grammar School, Asoro, Benin city and bag her Ordinary National Diploma, OND, from Auchi Polytechnic, Auchi. She studied Accountancy and is preparing to embark on her HND in same institution in 2024.
Family sources said, "she left home before 8am on the Wednesday, the 13th of December, 2023, and she is yet to return home and her phone switched off since then"
Miss Sonia was described as a young girl with a golden tinted hair which was her last hair when she left her house for her place of work.
Her family has been said to be doing everything to trace her whereabouts but no clue as at press time
In a statement by Comrade Julius Osahon of the Guardian Newspaper who spoke on behalf of the family said, "We are using this medium to call on the Nigeria Police, security agencies, and members of the public to help in getting our daughter back alive .
"The mother is currently on coma and have not recovered from the shock of Sonia's sudden disappearance since two days ago.
"Osahenoma, was a good girl, never slept out when at home, she was quiet, ambitious and her ambition was to be one of the best accountant in Nigeria.
"Am using this opportunity to call on the security agencies in Nigeria to help us locate and reunite our daughter and possibly fish out those behind her adoption," he said
