Comrade Edosa Okunbo and the entire family of Okunbo in Oredo has recently announced the final burial plans for their nonagenarian matriarch, Mrs Grace Amenaghawon Okunbo who passed on to glory at the age of 90.
In an invitation made available to LEGENDS TV in Benin City, the remains of Mrs Grace Amenaghawon Okunbo which has been deposited at the Igbinedion University Teaching Hospital, will be taken in a funeral procession on the 30th day of May to her residence at House 2A, Otamere Street, Off Murtala Muhammed Way in Benin City for lying in state.
The family also announced that there will be service of songs at St Bishop Kelly Pastoral Center, St Paul's Catholic Church, Airport Road in Benin City by 2pm.
The invitation signed by Comrade Edosa Okunbo indicated she will be laid to mother earth on Friday the 31st day of May at Vaults Garden in Benin City while family and guests will be treated to a warm reception at Rose Garden in the GRA, Benin City on the 1st day of June.
The activities for the funeral of Mrs Grace Amenaghawon Okunbo will climax with a thanksgiving at The Miracle Assembly, Benin City.
Comrade Edosa Okunbo who is one of her surviving children, was the Treasurer of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Edo State Council between 2012 and 2015.
Other children survived by Late Mrs Grace Amenaghawon Okunbo are Mrs M S Gladys Esohe Odele, Blessing Okunbo Esq, Mrs Julia Itohan Irorere, Pastor Tony Okunbo, 13 grandchildren, a sister, nephews and nieces amongst others left to mourn her
