This is a very useful piece of information.
They can be monitoring your calls and data information , if you were a person of interest (POI).A person of interest is not necessarily a criminal , but a person that some powerful elements perceives as a threat , some one who is likely to cause trouble or some one who they want implicate for some reasons .
Please dial *#61# on your phone to know if your phone number(s)/line(s) was(were) being monitored!
When you dial the code (*#61#), it will show either line forwarded or not forwarded.
If it showed “Call Forwarded, Data Forwarding ,SMS Forwarding” that confirms that your phone and your phone line is being monitored!
If it shows “Not forwarded” it means you are safe.
If it was forwarded pls dial ##002# to remove the “monitoring device” from that phone number/line.
The monitoring will cease immediately.They can listen to your calls or even clone the data on your phone and know who you see , where you go , your alert details , your next move , it is like playing god and knowing every thing about you .Do not take powerful elements for granted , they are more powerful than you perceive.
These things are done arbitrarily and if you had evidence of an illegal cloning or bugging of your phone , you can sue and get damages in Court , using your Constitutional Right to Private and Family Life , as enshrined under the Fundamental Human Rights as provided in Chapter 4 of the Nigerian Constitution.There is a new Data Protection Act in Nigeria. Also do a consistent audit of phone phone to see if your WhatssAp has been hacked .Your WhatssAp can hacked and it will be like a duplication of your WhatssAp Account.They could even use your account to chat with people.
Do not listen to any kind of calls calling for Whatsapp Group Meeting .As soon as you hear such calls , abort immediately.Also do not open some unsolicited links ,as that could compromise your phone or bank account.Never you respond to any calls purporting to be from your bank or the central bank .Also download true callers , which can tell if any number was a scam number.
Also do not panick on any call from a strange number, claiming to be your loved one with his or her voice and indicating that your loved one is in the hospital or has had an accident.It could Artificial intelligence enabled voice variation.Call the person directly on his lines to ascertain whether or not that call is authentic.
This is a vital information.Repeat the procedure on your lines intermittently .Also do not drop your phone in a security post of any organization , leave same in your car or with some one outside .Also do not give your phone to persons to use with out being monitored, then can hack it of pin their data usage on your phone .Also do not charge your phone in public places .Do not buy used phones or used laptops .Do not give any body your phone to make calls except close people.Offer them call srtime instead .
