Sen Monday Okpebholo has recently been described as a man who lives a life beyond politics within his senatorial district.
The senator who is representing the Edo Central district at the National Assembly, NASS, was exposed to his good works which he started a long time ago before joining active politics.
LEGENDS TV gathered that he has initiated and executed projects which cut across the Esanland of Edo State.
Some of the projects which cut across education, agriculture, sports amongst others are, Perimeter fencing of Udomi Primary School in Irrua. A Complete re-construction of classrooms and Headmaster's Office at Udomi Primary School in Irrua. Provision of borehole water at Ujabhole Community, Afuda Community and Udomi Community, Udomi, all in Irrua. Donation of borehole water at Ileh Community, and Emaudo Community, both of Ekpoma. Provision of borehole water at Hausa Market at Uromi and another borehole at Idigie Community, Uromi.
As a man who knows the importance of water, he has also provided water borehole at Ikekhen Community in Igueben, a place where a lot of billionaires of Esanland originate from.
He didn't rest on his oars as he embarked on the re-electrification of Idumu, Iyasele Quarters, Ujabhole Uwessan. Complete reroofing of Idumebo Town Hall in Irrua. Complete reroofing of Ukhun Grammar School in Ekpoma
The humane senator who is nicknamed 'Akpakomiza' donations laptops, desktop computers with free internet facilities to first privately owned University in Edo Central, Mudiamen University, Irrua. Provision of laptops, computers to Sabo Tiger Montessori.
These are amongst many other fears he achieved before being endeared into politics.
Sen Monday Okpebholo is the APC flag bearer for the Edo gubernatorial election coming up on the 21st day of September, 2024 and he is set for the contest alongside his running mate, Hon Dennis Idahosa who also is a philanthropist of excellence.
