The World Safety Organisation, WSO, is set to honour the Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Edo State Council, Comrade Festus Alenkhe as a '2023 WSO SafERR Africa Ambassador.'
The decoration ceremony will hold in Lagos on Wednesday November 8, 2023 during the World Safety Organisation,WSO, SafERR Africa Investiture/Summit and Award event with the theme, " HSSE: Past, Present and Future
In a letter dated September 5, 2023 which conveyed the notice of the decoration was signed by Dr Soji Olalokun who is the Country Director, WSO, Nigeria and Ambassador Wilson Arikpo, the Governor General, SafERR Africa Ambassador.
The WSO with presence in over 100 countries across the world, is an international body that encourages safety in all spheres of life.
