NAS TRAINS OVER 100 EDO YOUTH ON SOLAR POWER INSTALLATION

The National Association of Seadogs, NAS, has recently trained and equipped no fewer than 100 youths in Edo State on solar power production and installation.


The training which is part of the service to humanity by the Pyrates Confraternity, PC, was hosted by the Arabella Deck, Benin in conjunction with 8Quake Deck in the United States of America, USA.

Youths drawn from Benin City were trained on coupling of solar power gadgets, hosting the panel board and as well generating revenue through the means.


The Capon of the Arabella Deck, Ehikioya Akhidenor Uduebor urged the participants to be self reliant through the means.

He urged them to take advantage of the training offered, considering the less assurance of electricity power stability in Nigeria.


On his part, the Public Relations Officer, PRO, of the Arabella Deck, Comrade Lucky Afenokhai, Tpl, said the National Association of Seadogs have it in their maxim to always contribute meaningfully to humanity.


According to Comrade Afenokhai, "we are committed to put smiles in the face of people. We have done some projects this year and we are going to do more because it is our core responsibility to always embark on human capital development, community development and other socioeconomic realities that will lead to national development."

In excitement, the trainees who benefitted from the free training appreciate the organization and they used the opportunity to call on other groups to emulate the NAS.
