The families of Robert Idehen Idemudia of Ovia South-West Local Government Area and Hon Deacon Emma Edo Lawani of Oredo Local Government Area, both of Edo State, has recently announced the timetable of activities to mark the final burial of their daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother, Mrs Emily Eniye Lawani.
Late Mrs Emily Lawani took her last breath on Sunday the 3rd day of March, 2024, after living a godly life which was described by the family as a righteous life.
The obituary announcement has it that her body will be taken in a funeral procession from St Philomena Hospital Mortuary to her family compound at Lawani Close for lying in state, thereby followed by a service of songs and family wake on Wednesday the 8th day of May, 2024.
While she will be laid to mother earth on Thursday, 9th day of May at Ukhun Community, there will be a social ceremony in her honour on Saturday the 11th day of May, 2024.
The family and friends will be giving thanks to God for a life well spent by Late Mrs Lawani on Sunday 12th May, 2024 at Divine Grace of Glory Church in Ajayi Street within the Upper Mission Road axis.
