MEET MASHIDO OSAMUDIAMEN EGHAGHE


Mashido Osamudiamen Eghaghe 

Mashido Osamudiamen Eghaghe was born into the family of Wilfred Eghaghe, a family of 30 (he is the youngest of the eight children of his mother) from Ikpoba-Okha Local Government Area of Edo State.


Educational Background 

He started his academic journey from the Umelu Primary, Umelu in Benin City in 1984 where he was always the class monitor and round off in 1990 as the Head boy of the school. This is showcasing his ability to lead and manage his peers effectively and efficiently at such age.

He gained admission into the Oba Palace Secondary school in 1991 and concluded his junior secondary education in 1993.

He was later enrolled into the prestigious Immaculate Conception College (ICC), Benin in 1994 till 1996.

As a man with a knack for education, he gained admission into the Kingsborough Community College, United States of America and studied Association of Applied Sciences (AAS) between 2009 and 2011.

He pushed further in his education pursuit when he gained admission into the Brooklyn College, USA, between 2011 and 2013 where he bagged a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing.

Going further, classic Mashido bagged an MSc in Business Economics from the Brooklyn College, Brooklyn in the New York of the USA.

HIS ENTREPRENEURAL EXPLOITS

At the age of 5, exceptional Mashido assumed his first business by buying mangoes on credit from a neighbor and selling them for a profit. He gradually paid off his debt and became financially independent, supporting his family and education through his mango business during each mango season. 


In addition to his entrepreneurial ventures and leadership roles, he also engaged in various manual jobs to assist his family and support their financial needs. He worked in slaughterhouses, trained hunting dogs, assisted truck pushers, and even took on street hawking, selling various products like yams, bananas, cherries, cooked corns, garri (cassava flakes), bitter leaves, water leaves, mushrooms, firewood among others. His determination to succeed and provide for his family drove him forward, despite the hardships he faced.


Despite his many responsibilities and commitments as an adult and managing businesses, he always put a high value on friendship and has stayed connected to most of his neighbors, childhood and primary school friends, establishing the Diaspora Committee of Friends and serving as Vice President of the Umelu Primary School Old Pupils Association to reconnect with his childhood friends and build a sense of community and belonging.


Mashido Eghaghe is an accomplished businessman who recognized the importance of empowering others to succeed. He provides skills training and financial support for start-ups, particularly focusing on women and youth. Additionally, he generously offers scholarships to deserving individuals, fostering education and paving paths for personal and professional growth. 



As an established entrepreneur, Mashido Eghaghe co-founded numerous successful companies and serves as the:

1. CEO of Tenba Auto Related in Brooklyn, New York. 

2. CEO of Eghaghe Dynasty Int'l in Benin City

3. CEO Eghaghe Estate 

His resourcefulness and leadership expertise have flourished across industries and continents.
